Augustus Pugin Versus Decimus Burton, Guy R. Williams, 1990 says Decimus born in "North House, Southampton Terrace". If this referred to the northern-most house of the terrace, it would mean 8 Russell Square. There are several references to JB living in Southampton Terrace around 1799-1800, e.g. RA dictionary of contributors
