According to ODNB, he lived and died in "Great Ormond Street". Some reports say Charles died in Bloomsbury Square - https://www.google.co.uk/books/edition/Reports_of_Cases_Argued_and_Adjudged_in/0y5RAAAAYAAJ It would seem likely that spent time at Powis House when his father lived there.
