Note that ODNB for Sir William Webb Follett says that he died at this house in 1845, but incorrectly says this was the house of John Wilson Croker, which is an error. The house was Pennell's, as confirmed here - https://books.google.co.uk/books?id=Hn8bJ1rl8YcC
